coming to the question what is a technology we think that it is not necessary to explain the real meaning of what is it in 2020 but rather we would just describe in short that a technology is something that make our life easier or make us worth more productive in less time over more efficient way. since we got a small picture of what it is and probably you know about it lets get there difference which is something that many people over different regions did'nt know.

today technology(tech) is something which is present everywhere around us and we are so dependent on it that without this we can't imagine what would it our world look .This can be present in any form like physical (mobile ,pc ,tablet ,mac ,tv ,etc...) or software which is not visible (application ,tools ,etc).For running a modern device there is a combination of both hardware(physical device) as well as software to work its just like a burger without bun.

A smartphone is a device that has a smart feature along with a screen which responds on a touch input or called touch screen, where the user gives the input using finger gesture and performs a task , a smartphone is a very handful and useful machine for many users and also a main device for digital revolution after the internet, a smartphone of current generation are so powerful that ,the computers used in first man to moon mission were far beyond less powerful. To the performance, smartphone are capable of performing many tasks like banking, video streaming, playing games, accessing internet , etc in a compact device.
a smartphone works with the integration of hardware (screen ,processor ,battery ,front and rear camera ,ports ,body frame ,etc...) and software(includes operating system and apps).
whereas ,tablet is the bigger versions of smartphone in the screen size

a pc is generally a computer with hardware components and os of Microsoft windows\Linux\ubuntu that performs many many critical task as per the user command and are set for users needs. generally a pc is a device that made and makes our lives very easy using a operating software made by Microsoft cooperation known as windows and its various versions like windows 10,windows 7,etc or other companies like linux ,etc.. a pc is more easy and less complicated than a mac.

mac are computer specifically known for there macos operating system developed by apple.inc. macs are generally more expensive for there apple environment and arer usally a high and prenium quality computers ,they might be in many forms like macbook ,imac ,mac pro etc.
Macos is a software that is more complicated in its way to many new users but also very optimized os for a computing device whereas ,macs are costly but more reliable and people buy it for the apple environment.
